Advance Roundtable 11: "The coming adverse weather".

The Security and Emergency services must respond to the new problems that arise. Within them, it is observed that, more and more frequently, serious events occur due to adverse weather. Is this true? From the meteorological point of view, how can these situations, which have started to become recurrent, be dealt with?

  • Speaker 2: Santiago Gaztelumendi, Director of the Meteorology Area of TECNALIA and Coordinator of Euskalmet.
  • Speaker 3 / moderator: José Antonio Aranda, responsible for meteorology at DAEM.

USEC Bilbao Congress
