Advance Roundtable 6: "Roads and tunnels, Vision ZERO".
This round table will address analysis of studies, audits and reports on the traffic situation, proposals for signaling and circulation, speed control plans, winter viability, seasonal migrations, on roads. Also, the definition of public safety policies, including the necessary standardization, safety reports and risk analysis, quality controls, operating manuals and emergency and self-protection plans in tunnels.

USEC Bilbao Congress
With the support and participation of the Department of Security of the Basque Government, the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and the City Council of Bilbao, an exclusive and unique congress initiative is born in its transversal format, in which professionals, policy makers and the industry, from the sectors of Security, Emergencies and Mobility, will share a space on a managerial scale, with power of decision and prescription.
